Intellectual Property, AI Usage, and Content Integrity Statement

Brand & Creative Ownership

Walking the Way is an original, narrative-driven project built within a unique creative world. All content, frameworks, characters, artifacts, branding, and supporting materials created by Walking the Way and Buzz Builders, LLC are wholly original intellectual property (IP).

We may use storytelling, metaphor, or fictional devices to enhance immersion, but unless explicitly stated, no part of this content represents real individuals, events, or organizations. All characters, dialogue, and creative elements are part of our fictional narrative framework.

IP & Copyright Integrity

We affirm the following:

No copyrighted material (e.g., images, scripts, quotes, likenesses, frameworks, or soundalikes) is used in any of our productions.
No AI models are instructed to clone, mimic, or replicate the voice, style, or likeness of real-world creators, celebrities, or public figures.
All visuals, names, stories, and frameworks are original IP developed by our team or authorized collaborators.
We do not use prompts, scripts, or instructions designed to imitate the distinctive work of existing brands, creators, or copyrighted properties.
All creative works are documented as original, with full creation metadata maintained, including timestamps, prompt histories, and version tracking for both human and AI-assisted development.

Responsible AI Usage

We may use generative AI tools (e.g., for image, voice, video, or text) as part of our internal creative process. However:

AI is used only as a creative enhancement tool, never as a clone or impersonator.
All final content is human-authored and directed, with oversight and editorial control by Buzz Builders, LLC.
We do not use deepfakes, unauthorized voice models, or simulations of real people, living or deceased.
If any content is found to inadvertently violate these standards, we will investigate promptly and take corrective action.

Content Usage & Rights

All content on this site, including videos, devotionals, audio, written material, downloadable PDFs, images, characters, and fictional scenarios, is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

No content may be copied, adapted, distributed, or reused without prior written permission from Buzz Builders, LLC. Use of our material in any commercial, public, or derivative form without consent is a violation of these rights.

Brand & Character Transparency

All characters, storylines, and narrative devices used in Walking the Way are part of a fictional framework designed to reflect spiritual and moral truths through creative storytelling. Unless clearly indicated, they are not depictions of real people or events.

This project exists to inspire, educate, and encourage, not to mislead, deceive, or infringe.
