To the One Learning to Walk with Christ... Step-by-Step
There’s something beautiful... and brutal,
about realizing that faith isn’t just about being saved.
It’s about walking.
Every day.
Every step.
Through the silence.
Through the hard parts.
Through the little choices that don’t feel holy... but are.
You’re Not Where You Started... But You’re Not “There” Yet Either
As a Wayfarer, I wasn’t confused like I’d been.
I wasn’t numb, or cynical, or angry anymore.
I knew who Christ was.
I believed. I wanted to follow Him.
But I still stumbled.
Still resisted... in quiet, subtle ways.
Not because I didn’t love Jesus.
But because I was still learning to let Him shape everything:
-
My thoughts.
-
My time.
-
My habits.
-
My reactions.
-
My pride.
This is Where Many of Us Quietly Live
Not lost.
Not perfect.
Just… in the middle.
Still growing. Still struggling.
Still being called into deeper water.
And Deeper Means Learning it’s Not About Perfection
It’s about presence.
Showing up for Christ the same way He keeps showing up for me.
Loving my neighbor when no one’s watching.
Forgiving people who never ask.
Living in the tension between grace and growth.
This isn’t performance.
It’s partnership.
Some days, I Walk Strong
Some Days, I Limp
But I keep going.
Because I know where this road leads.
And I’m not walking it alone.
